At the moment we ship to Canada, and 45 States in the U.S.(Minus Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and South Dakota)

As long as all products are returned unused and there is an image associated with any broken items, you’ll be refunded within 14 days of delivery. we will offer a full 100% money back guarantee. The buyer will have to pay return shipping. Refunds for returns are limited to the product price and don’t include shipping and handling.
CAN A SMOKING SUBSCRIPTION BOX BE CANCELED OR CHANGED?
You can change your subscription box at any time. Just contact us at yourccpackage@gmail.com.
WHICH PACKAGE IS SHIPPED?
The cutoff date is the last day of each month. If a package is paid for between January 1st and January 31st, the January box is shipped.
We accept electronic payment for all major credit/debit cards.(AMEX does not allow their credit cards to be used to purchase CBD or Cannabis)
WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY PACKAGE?
We will ask that you email us photos of the items that are in question to yourccpackage@gmail.com within 14days of your package arrival, We will then do our best to get those replacement items to you ASAP.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
Canna Care Package subscription box will ship out once a month, shipping on the 15th (the day after if the 15th falls on a Sunday or holiday) unless otherwise specified. We are working harder than ever to get our boxes out to you! Subscription box orders may take up to 15 business days to process. You will receive shipping confirmation via email.
